So we paid 5000 sek deposit to FixMyphone to repair my screen. They said it would take 1 week to receive it. Now it has been more than a month and they claim the screen they received is broken. They sent me a sms to ask for a review for well provided service. But I received nothing. And voilà 500 sek gone 🤡 .........
The story starts when I left my phone there to fix my screen because it was broken, 4 months ago.
They changed it fast and everything was good until I noticed the sensor that turns off the screen in the calls didn't work, I couldn't end the call or anything, it was just going on and off all the time. I go back to them and they try again, still the same problem. They order a new screen, they try the new screen, the sensor still can't work. They order a new screen and a new sensor (they remove my original one) and they give me a temporary screen without the sensor until the new parts will be there. They don't tell me anything about the policies, how I have to return the TEMPORARY SCREEN. First of all who is giving a temporary screen without putting a screen protector. Because they told me take this and use your phone until we have the new parts. I had to use the temporary screen for almost 3 months and not scratch it? I use the phone and of course damage might happen. I damaged a bit the temporary screen and when I go back, they tell me that they can't give me new one because I damaged the temporary (they never told me that I have to return the temporary screen perfect, are they gonna give it to another customer? IDIOTIC).
They try the new sensor again but not a new screen. It doesn't work and then they break my antenna and the microphone of the phone. And now after 4 months of a lot of back and forth there, conversation etc
They can't put a sensor. So, no sensor at all and instead they tell me. Can we give you a screen protector instead? Because we can't give you a refund for the sensor. They put a screen protector that it's not even for my
Model, it has a black line around that covers part of my screen because he didn't even put it perfectly. Now I have to go AGAIN on Monday to see if they can fix the microphone.
I asked for a refund many times but they are refusing.
Of course things can go wrong but the way they handled it is horrible, horrible service, they don't care about the customers AT ALL. They are just polite.
I will update the post on Monday**, let's see what are they gonna say. Are they gonna give me a second wrong screen protector in case the microphone doesn't work to put it on top of the other one instead of just giving me my money back?
Because I will end up paying 1200kr for a screen and take back a broken screen and a useless phone.

After replacing the battery for 1100 kr, the first time I charged the phone, a dark spot appeared on my screen and increased in size. Returning to the service and writing a letter, they told me that I forgot my phone on the stove))) Liars. Disgusting quality of services. Disgusting service. Very expensive. Avoid!
