They changed my battery but it’s a bad model that presses on my screen so it’s hard to write (and also works worse than the old one I had). I had to go 3 times for them to change it and they ended up putting the same one. They said they will call me when they had the new screens they were receiving and this was 6 months ago. Still no call.

I got the wrong panzer glass for my Iphone, and Fix my Iphone charged me by mistake twice for the panzer glass. I got the money back for the wrong transaction. I'm not swedish but danish so I don't live in Sweden. When I came home in Denmark, I saw that the panzer glass was too small for my screen and there was air under the panzer glass. I had to rip the panzer glass of and pay a store in Denmark to fix 'Fix my Iphones' mistake....

When I contacted Fix My Iphone from Denmark to get them to give me my money back for the panzer glass that did not fit and was put on not correctly - all they could do is to give me a new panzer glass but since I don't live in Gothenburg and I won't come back any time soon I just lost 200 sek. kr....

DON'T USE THEM!

I got my iPhone screen repaired end of june. The service was fast and I was quite happy with it at first. But now, just after the warranty time expired, the touch function randomly stopped working and I cannot unlock or use my phone anymore. Since it hasn't been dropped since the repair, I think that the contact of the display was not done properly. That's not what I expect from paying for original quality.

Bad service. I went to get my phone fixed and they didn't inform me about any of the procedure and the costs. Everytime I tried to get info it was someone else that didn't know, so I ended up spending money and they didn't fix my phone in the end.

So we paid 5000 sek deposit to FixMyphone to repair my screen. They said it would take 1 week to receive it. Now it has been more than a month and they claim the screen they received is broken. They sent me a sms to ask for a review for well provided service. But I received nothing. And voilà 500 sek gone 🤡 .........

If I could give -5 stars I would.

The story starts when I left my phone there to fix my screen because it was broken, 4 months ago.
They changed it fast and everything was good until I noticed the sensor that turns off the screen in the calls didn't work, I couldn't end the call or anything, it was just going on and off all the time. I go back to them and they try again, still the same problem. They order a new screen, they try the new screen, the sensor still can't work. They order a new screen and a new sensor (they remove my original one) and they give me a temporary screen without the sensor until the new parts will be there. They don't tell me anything about the policies, how I have to return the TEMPORARY SCREEN. First of all who is giving a temporary screen without putting a screen protector. Because they told me take this and use your phone until we have the new parts. I had to use the temporary screen for almost 3 months and not scratch it? I use the phone and of course damage might happen. I damaged a bit the temporary screen and when I go back, they tell me that they can't give me new one because I damaged the temporary (they never told me that I have to return the temporary screen perfect, are they gonna give it to another customer? IDIOTIC).

They try the new sensor again but not a new screen. It doesn't work and then they break my antenna and the microphone of the phone. And now after 4 months of a lot of back and forth there, conversation etc
They can't put a sensor. So, no sensor at all and instead they tell me. Can we give you a screen protector instead? Because we can't give you a refund for the sensor. They put a screen protector that it's not even for my
Model, it has a black line around that covers part of my screen because he didn't even put it perfectly. Now I have to go AGAIN on Monday to see if they can fix the microphone.
I asked for a refund many times but they are refusing.

Of course things can go wrong but the way they handled it is horrible, horrible service, they don't care about the customers AT ALL. They are just polite.

I will update the post on Monday**, let's see what are they gonna say. Are they gonna give me a second wrong screen protector in case the microphone doesn't work to put it on top of the other one instead of just giving me my money back?
Because I will end up paying 1200kr for a screen and take back a broken screen and a useless phone.
*** They never fixed the microphone. I couldn't do anything about it.
